Free to use. A Pass for the whole winter.
The degree board, every county page and the winter budget are free with no limit but a fair-use rate cap. The Bill Book is free for one home; the Pass is for households that keep more.
Free during preview. Checkout is not switched on yet: there is no payment form on this site, nothing can be charged, and every Bill Book has the Pass features until checkout opens. The prices below are the prices it will open with.

When checkout opens
- Payment will be through PayPal. The Pass will renew each month or year until you cancel; cancelling will stop the next renewal, and the Pass will run to the end of the period paid for. Questions or cancelling: https://weldonpc.com/contact.
- A book that leaves the Pass will keep all its homes and bills; it will just not be able to add past the free limits.
- No ads are removed or added by the Pass: the one labelled banner on public pages stays the same for everyone, and private Bill Book pages never show one.
